Subprocessors

Last updated: 21 June 2026

This page lists the third-party subprocessors that Esteem (“we”, “us”, or “our”) engages to process personal data on behalf of our customers in connection with the Esteem platform and related services (the “Services”).

A subprocessor is a third party that we engage to help us provide the Services and that may process personal data contained in Customer Data. We remain responsible for our subprocessors’ compliance with the obligations in our Data Processing Agreement (https://esteem.team/legal/dpa). This page is incorporated into that Data Processing Agreement by reference.

We enter into a written agreement with each subprocessor that imposes data-protection obligations no less protective than those in our Data Processing Agreement, and we require appropriate safeguards (such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum) for any transfer of personal data to a country that has not been recognised as providing an adequate level of protection.

1. Infrastructure and hosting subprocessors

These subprocessors host the Services and provide the underlying infrastructure, content delivery, and network security.

4. How we notify you of changes

We may update this list from time to time as we add, replace, or remove subprocessors. When we intend to add or replace a subprocessor that processes Customer Data, we will update this page and provide a mechanism for customers to be notified in advance (for example, by subscribing to updates to this page).

As described in our Data Processing Agreement, customers may object on reasonable data-protection grounds to a new subprocessor within fourteen (14) days of being notified. If a customer does not object within that period, the change is deemed accepted. If a customer objects and we are unable to resolve the matter, the customer may terminate the affected part of the Services as its sole remedy.
